About this provider

Clients I Work With

At Freesia Therapy Collective, we provide compassionate online therapy for individuals, couples, families, teens and young adults throughout Washington State. We support people facing a wide range of life challenges — including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, anger, neurodivergence, substance use, relational stress, identity concerns, and more — with tailored, culturally responsive care. Our affirming practice welcomes clients of all sexual orientations, gender identities, races, cultures, faiths, and relationship structures, including LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent individuals. We meet you where you are, honoring your unique story, strengths, and goals to foster healing, resilience, and meaningful personal growth.

Approach

At Freesia Therapy Collective, our therapeutic approach is integrative, relational, and grounded in evidence-based care. We tailor treatment to each client, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Systems and Family Systems Theory, and trauma-informed practices. For deeper healing, we incorporate EMDR, Narrative Therapy, Experiential and Somatic approaches to help process difficult experiences and reconnect mind and body. We also use Motivational Interviewing to support meaningful change aligned with your values. Across all modalities, we prioritize cultural humility, collaboration, and practical skill-building to foster insight, resilience, and sustainable growth.

Beliefs & Lived Experience

At Freesia Therapy Collective, our clinicians bring not only professional expertise but personal insight, diverse lived experience, and deep values that shape how we work together with clients. Many team members draw on their own life journeys — from navigating cultural identity and immigrant experience to parenting, family dynamics, and community engagement — to create empathic, authentic, and grounded therapeutic relationships. These experiences inform a belief in the inherent capacity for growth, resilience, and transformation that every person carries. We value cultural humility, inclusivity, and social justice, ensuring therapy honors each person’s identity and background while fostering safety and trust. Our team is committed to creating space where you feel seen, heard, and respected as a whole person, and where healing unfolds collaboratively and compassionately.

More About My Practice

Our supervisors, Ryan Lindsey (LICSW/SUDP) and Aubrey Lough (LMFT/MHP/SUDP), help ensure the quality and effectiveness of mental health services. We provide oversight and guidance to associate licensed therapists and interns, offering mentorship, support, and professional development. Supervision sessions are a collaborative space where we can explore clinical challenges, ethical considerations, and personal development as a practitioner. We take an integrative approach, drawing from evidence-based modalities and our own experience, to help you deepen your skills and confidence as a therapist. Together, we'll focus on refining your therapeutic technique, improving client outcomes, and navigating the complexities of the mental health field.
