Clients I Work With

I work with sensitive, thoughtful adults who struggle with anxiety, self-doubt, and relationship patterns that leave them feeling unseen, overextended, or quietly exhausted. Many of my clients are high-functioning on the outside but internally question themselves, overthink interactions, and have difficulty setting boundaries without guilt. Some know what they need but can’t seem to speak it; others feel disconnected from their needs altogether. I help clients understand the deeper roots of these patterns, calm a nervous system that’s been on high alert, and build self-trust so they can relate to life and relationships with more clarity, steadiness, and confidence.

Approach

I work in a collaborative, process-oriented way that blends depth psychology with practical nervous system support. We untangle patterns gently — especially those rooted in attachment, self-doubt, and over-responsibility. I’m not a rigid, manualized therapist. Some sessions are reflective and insight-based; others are practical and skill-focused. The goal isn’t perfection — it’s self-trust, emotional steadiness, and relating to yourself and others from clarity instead of fear.

Beliefs & Lived Experience

My perspective is shaped by years of personal and professional depth work. I believe sensitivity and empathy are strengths — especially when paired with self-trust and boundaries. I value emotional honesty, self-responsibility without self-blame, and the courage to look beneath the surface. I’m less interested in symptom management alone and more interested in helping people understand themselves deeply enough to change how they relate to their lives.
