About this provider
Clients I Work With
I work with adults and elders (65+).
Approach
My approach to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is compassionate, collaborative, and guided by your unique needs and goals. Together, we’ll explore how your thoughts, feelings, and experiences shape your daily life while identifying practical strategies to help you navigate challenges. Through techniques such as recognizing unhelpful thought patterns and developing healthier responses to stress, you’ll build skills that support lasting growth. My goal is to provide a welcoming, judgment-free space where you feel heard, valued, and empowered throughout your healing journey.
Ready to take the next step? I invite you to schedule a session so we can discuss your needs, explore your goals, and begin building a path toward greater emotional well-being—at your own pace.
Beliefs & Lived Experience
As a Lumbee and Waccamaw Siouan woman with eight years of clinical experience in Washington State, I bring a culturally informed perspective to mental health counseling, integrating evidence-based psychological practices with respect for traditional Indigenous healing philosophies. I believe healing is deeply personal and that meaningful progress requires more than a one-size-fits-all approach. My goal is to support the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—through individualized, compassionate care that honors your lived experiences, personal values, and unique path toward healing and renewal.
More About My Practice
I offer a comprehensive, multidimensional approach to help you move beyond symptom management toward meaningful, lasting emotional healing and personal renewal. My specialized approach integrates evidence-based clinical therapies with practical behavioral strategies to support your mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. To further support your overall wellness, I also offer the optional integration of traditional practices as a complementary component of your individualized care.
