Clients I Work With

I work with adult women navigating issues related to life transitions, anxiety, people-pleasing, perfectionism, burnout, self-doubt, and low self-esteem.

Approach

My approach is warm, creative, engaging, and integrative. My work is rooted in psychodynamic, relational, and trauma-informed perspectives. I offer a holistic and evidence-based approach to treatment and tend to use Cognitive Behavioral, ACT, EMDR, parts work, and Creative Arts Therapy. My work emphasizes self-care, boundaries, and emotional awareness.

Beliefs & Lived Experience

I believe that each person holds an innate capacity for growth, meaning-making, and healing. I work from a somatic and relational foundation, drawing on creative arts, body-based approaches, and the therapeutic relationship itself as instruments of change — meeting clients where they are and building on what's already working, while trusting that insight lives not just in the mind, but in sensation, image, and expression.
