Clients I Work With

I work with adolescents, adults, and couples navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Many of my clients feel overwhelmed, stuck in negative patterns, or unsure how to move forward. I support individuals facing stress, trauma, grief, and low self-worth, as well as couples experiencing communication breakdowns, trust issues, or emotional distance. I also have experience working with postpartum concerns, family conflict, and behavioral challenges. If you’re feeling unheard, exhausted, or disconnected, from yourself or others, you’re not alone. Together, we’ll create a safe, supportive space to build insight, strengthen coping skills, and move toward meaningful, lasting change.

Approach

My approach is supportive, direct, and collaborative. I create a space where you can be honest without feeling judged, while also gently challenging patterns that may be keeping you stuck. Sessions with me feel like a conversation with purpose—we slow things down, make sense of what you’re experiencing, and focus on practical ways to move forward. I draw from approaches like CBT, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness, while also incorporating trauma-informed care. Whether we’re working through past experiences or present challenges, my goal is to help you build insight, strengthen coping skills, and feel more confident navigating your life and relationships.

Beliefs & Lived Experience

I believe healing happens in spaces where people feel seen, respected, and safe to be themselves. My work is grounded in empathy, honesty, and accountability, I will meet you with compassion while also encouraging growth. My lived and professional experiences have shaped my understanding of how family dynamics, culture, relationships, and past experiences influence the way we think, feel, and respond. I value authenticity and believe you don’t have to have everything figured out to begin. I am especially mindful of creating an inclusive space where individuals from diverse backgrounds feel heard and supported. My goal is to walk alongside you, helping you reconnect with your strengths and build a life that feels more balanced and aligned.

More About My Practice

I provide telehealth-only services, offering flexible evening and limited weekend appointments to fit busy schedules. My practice includes individual and couples therapy, with a structured yet supportive approach that focuses on real-life application and progress between sessions. I often incorporate practical tools, reflection exercises, and clear next steps so clients can continue the work outside of session. I also offer consultation for individuals navigating complex relationships, family dynamics, and major life decisions. My goal is to make therapy feel consistent, accessible, and results-focused while still providing a space where you feel supported, understood, and challenged in a healthy way.
